Pre-Payment: Required to secure your appointment.

No Refunds: This applies to all appointments.

Missed Appointments: No refunds or reschedules for missed or skipped appointments. Please make sure to note your appointment time and date.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be marked as missed, and no reschedule or refund will be available.

Emergency Reschedules: In the event of an emergency, you can reschedule for the next available appointment (which could be 6+ months later). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice, or you forfeit your appointment.

One-Time Reschedule: Only one rescheduled appointment is allowed.
