VIP Package Scheduling Restrictions:
 

1. Advance Scheduling Required:
   All 6 sessions must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute appointments cannot be guaranteed.
    

2. Use-It-Or-Lose-It Policy:
   All sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will not carry over into the next year or be eligible for a refund.
    

3. Limited Availability:
   VIP clients will have access to priority scheduling, but availability is still subject to Kristy’s calendar. It’s recommended to book multiple sessions at once to secure your preferred dates and times.
    

4. Monthly Limits:
   Clients are allowed to book a maximum of 1 session per month to ensure fair access to all clients and avoid scheduling conflicts. Special exceptions for back-to-back sessions may be considered based on availability.
    

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
   If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions canceled within 48 hours will be forfeited unless due to a true emergency.
    

6. No Refunds or Exchanges:
   This package is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or shared with another person. Missed appointments or cancellations within the 48-hour window will not be refunded or rescheduled.
    

7. Scheduling Conflicts:
   In the rare event that Kristy needs to reschedule a session, VIP clients will be offered the next available date with priority over non-VIP clients.
    

8. Special Scheduling Privileges:
   VIP clients will have the exclusive ability to request sessions on high-demand days, such as weekends or limited evening slots, depending on availability.
   
    

9. VIP Package Gifting Policy:

• Gift a Session:

  VIP clients may gift one (1) of their 6 sessions to a friend or family member. The recipient must schedule the session within the same timeframe as the original package (within 12 months of purchase).
   

• Notification Requirement:

  To gift a session, VIP clients must notify Kristy’s office at least 1 week in advance, providing the name and contact information of the recipient.
   

• One-Time Transfer:

  Only one session per VIP package may be gifted, and this transfer is non-reversible. Once gifted, the session is considered used by the VIP client.
   

• Recipient Restrictions:

  The gifted session is subject to the same scheduling policies (advance booking, cancellation, etc.). Recipients may not gift the session to another person.
